We are very happy when we heard the Results of CSE 2011 by UPSC on 04th May 2012 and now we feeling really proud for these two Indian Women Shena Aggarwal & Rukmani Riar, who qualified in the examination of UPSC, My dear friends they are not only qualified but also bagging top two rank in civil service exam 2011-12. Sneha Aggarwal takes first place while Rukmani Riar second.
We know Shena Aggarwal & Rukmani Riar done great effort for the preparation of UPSC Exam, they became Star Icon for those girls who think public service is only jobs for men.

"I want to become like you, tell me how?" has she ever asked someone the similar question you are asking...........I think no never.....she has concentrated more on her studies than asking such foolish questions. Only thing that separates toppers from the rest of the crowd is the realization that it's only me who can tell me how to become a topper, who can propel me further, who can boost my confidence, who can get me out of all odds........ Yes believe me my dear friends.....toppers are ordinary people with extraordinary determination.
So please don't ask anyone about how to make your ways because you know it better than anyone you call a TOPPER.
The moment you realize your self, your are a topper from that moment itself.......
